A helpdesk for support email
You only pay when it’s solved.
Solved turns your support email into tickets and writes the first draft of every reply in your own words. A person reads it and presses Send. You pay for one thing: the tickets you actually finish.
No subscription. No per-seat fee. Replying is free.
An illustration of the Solved inbox: a new email becomes ticket 1046, a draft reply appears, a person sends it and marks it resolved, and the count of resolutions left goes from 25 to 24.
How it works
- 01
Mail arrives.
Every email to your support address becomes a numbered ticket, newest first. You forward your existing address. Nothing else changes.
- 02
A draft is one press away.
Press Draft a reply and Solved writes it in your tone, using your own documents and saved answers. It never sends anything on its own.
- 03
Send it, and mark it solved.
Read the draft, change a line, press Send. When the matter is closed, press Mark resolved. That is the only thing you pay for.

Tickets in, tickets resolved, and what is still waiting.
Saved answers
Write the refund rule once. Drafts use your wording from then on.

Warm, direct, formal or technical, signed the way you sign.
Works on a phone
Read, edit and send a reply from wherever you are.

What it will never do
Your customers are writing to you, not to software. These rules do not bend.
It never sends without you.
Every reply waits for a person to press Send. There is no setting that changes this.
It never emails strangers.
Solved only replies to people who emailed you first. It does not send cold email or newsletters.
It never shows customer addresses.
Your staff see a customer’s name and message, not their email address.
It never mixes businesses.
Each business sees only its own tickets. The wall between them is enforced by Harbor, the platform Solved runs on, not by a filter in the app.

You keep your email provider and your address. There is nothing to install and no DNS to change.
- Press Get started and sign in with a free Harbor account.
- Tell us your business name and your support address.
- We set up your helpdesk and send you an email.
- A short setup guide walks you through forwarding your email, choosing your voice, and adding your documents.
Questions
What counts as a resolution?
Pressing Mark resolved on a ticket. That is the only thing you pay for. Reading tickets, getting drafts and sending replies are free.
What if a ticket reopens?
If the customer writes back, the ticket opens again and you can keep replying. Resolving it a second time is free. Each ticket is paid for once, ever.
Do I need to change my email?
No. You keep your email provider and your support address. You add a forwarding rule so mail sent to, say, support@yourbusiness.com also reaches Solved. No DNS changes.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite colleagues who can view, who can answer, or who own the helpdesk. There is no per-seat fee, so adding people costs nothing.
What does the AI see?
When you press Draft a reply, it reads that ticket’s conversation, the parts of your own documents that match the question, your saved answers, and your tone and sign-off, with email addresses removed first. It cannot send anything.
What happens if I run out?
You can still read tickets and reply to them. Marking a ticket resolved is paused until you buy another pack.
Do resolutions expire?
No. Resolutions you buy stay on your account until you use them.
